This unique DVD is the first in a series of four to be finished for the Sunbeam Car Club of New Zealand, by the Wellington Branch.
This DVD contains two discs and has nine movies included, all on Sunbeam Rapiers of the 1950s and 1960s.

Safari on Wheels - 1961 East Africa Safari Rally
3,333 miles through East Africa - terrific footage of this African International Rally. See the Rapier defeat rough roads. A private entry in a Rapier wins it's Class. Many cars of the early 1960's are the competition.
Acropolis Rally - 1961
1,900 miles of Rally through Greece. Very rough roads. Rapier wins the Manufacturers Team Prize and their Class. Rosemary Smith joins the Team.
Rally Grand Prix - 1962 Monaco Grand Prix circuit after the Monte Carlo Rally
Drive with Peter Harper around Monaco Grand Prix circuit; see the Rootes Rapier Team - Paddy Hopkirk, Peter Proctor, Peter Jopp, Tiny Lewis and Graham Hill. The Rapier took 9 Awards, Team Prize - Class win. Brilliant driving, an amazing watch.
A Rally Recalled - Tour de France 1962
A Racing Drivers Rally. Rallying around France with racing of seven French race circuits. Rapier driven by Peter Harper, Peter Proctor, Rosemary Smith, Keith Ballisat and Tiny Lewis. Rootes Team give race commentaries. Rosemary Smith wins 1st Ladies Prize. The Team took 1st, 2nd & 3rd in Class. See Rapiers at their Best. Rosemary was allowed to race at Le Mans.
This DVD is one in a series of 4 that was created with lots of blood, sweat, tears and money of the Sunbeam Car Club of New Zealand Inc, in 2008.
